Preparation:
- + 4 scoops go-Optimize-Smoothie
- + 300 ml low-fat (dairy) product or water

Mix the ingredients well or shake in a shaker.
The best (dairy) products are:
- + Soy drink (unsweetened, not enriched with calcium)
- + Milk (1.5 – 1.8% fat)
- + Buttermilk (1% fat)
- + Plain yogurt (1 – 1.5% fat)
- + Plain soy yogurt
- + Kefir (1.5% fat)
- + Curd cheese (max. 20% fat in dry matter)
- + Lactose-free milk (1.5 – 1.8% fat)
- + Lactose-free plain yogurt (1 – 1.5% fat)
- + Lactose-free buttermilk (1% fat)
- + Lactose-free curd cheese
