Smoothie (Base)

Preparation:

  • + 4 scoops go-Optimize-Smoothie
  • + 300 ml low-fat (dairy) product or water
  • Mix the ingredients well or shake in a shaker.

The best (dairy) products are:

  • + Soy drink (unsweetened, not enriched with calcium)
  • + Milk (1.5 – 1.8% fat)
  • + Buttermilk (1% fat)
  • + Plain yogurt (1 – 1.5% fat)
  • + Plain soy yogurt
  • + Kefir (1.5% fat)
  • + Curd cheese (max. 20% fat in dry matter)
  • + Lactose-free milk (1.5 – 1.8% fat)
  • + Lactose-free plain yogurt (1 – 1.5% fat)
  • + Lactose-free buttermilk (1% fat)
  • + Lactose-free curd cheese
