Refund policy
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of withdrawal. by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund. If payment was made by gift voucher, you will receive a gift voucher in the amount of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to OPTIMIZE Health Solutions GmbH, Argenotstraße 20, 8047 Graz, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, withdrawal is completely excluded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to the following contracts:
□ Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
□ Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
□ Contracts for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
Note for a smooth return process:
Please send us the corresponding item back, if possible, complete in the
original packaging. Using the original packaging is not a "must," i.e., not a
requirement for asserting your right, but it simplifies and secures the processing for us.
