How to consume your go-Optimize meals:

  • Three times a day: Two meals with 2 level scoops of Optimize DRINK + 300 ml dairy product each, one meal with 1.5 servings (3 level scoops) + 450 ml dairy product.
  • For preparation: Semi-skimmed milk, buttermilk, yogurt (1.5–1.8%), unsweetened soy drink or occasionally almond or oat milk.
  • Optional: Supplement with fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner.
  • Don't forget to drink: Plenty of water or unsweetened tea; coffee with a splash of milk is also allowed.
