How to take go-Optimize-DRINK meals:
- Three times a day:
Two meals: 2 level scoops of Optimize DRINK + 300 ml dairy product each
One meal: 1.5 servings (3 level scoops) + 450 ml dairy product
- Dairy products: Semi-skimmed milk, buttermilk, yogurt (1.5–1.8%), unsweetened soy drink, occasionally almond or unsweetened oat milk
- Optional: Supplement with vegetables at lunch and dinner
